Written By: Eric

Carton printing process inspection is an important part of carton quality inspection. The process inspection includes three process inspections: first inspection, intermediate inspection, and final inspection. How should we do the carton process inspection? Can the specific implementation method be the best and can effectively avoid the occurrence of quality problems? Let’s talk about how to do a good job in the process of carton inspection.

The definition of the first inspection: that is, when mass-producing certain products, there must be quality requirements for the produced products, and the first inspection and inspection of quality and various requirements before the production of this product can also be understood as The first and first inspection of a product before a certain batch of products is produced, it is the quality assurance of mass production.

First inspection steps:

Step 1: The first printed product needs to be affixed with a first inspection label or a first inspection stamp in the form of a stamp, which includes the inspection items and the signature and date of the inspector.

Step 2: The machine personnel first check each item of the first piece, especially when checking the printed content, each character and each pattern detail must be checked and checked with a black pen. After all parts of the item are checked correctly, tick “√” after the inspection item; all inspection items qualified by the machine personnel will sign and date in the column of production inspector.

Step 3: After the production machine personnel pass the inspection, the quality inspector will conduct a comprehensive inspection. After each inspection is qualified, mark “√” with a red pen. All inspection items have passed the inspection and the quality inspector will sign and date in the inspector column. .

Step 4: After passing the inspection of production machine personnel and quality inspectors, mass production can be carried out.

The definition of middle inspection: refers to the random inspection or full inspection of the products in the production process by the production personnel and quality inspectors, and the random inspection of the newly produced carton in the carton printing production process.

The general sampling frequency is: the production staff is not less than 100 pieces/time, or not less than 5 minutes/time; the quality inspector is not less than 1000 pieces/time, or not less than 20 minutes/time. If any abnormality is found during the inspection process, the production will be stopped immediately, and the production will be restarted after the problem has been solved. Before re-production, a comprehensive inspection must be carried out.

The unqualified products that have been produced shall be isolated for treatment, and only after rework/rework processing or confirmation by the relevant personnel of special procurement can they flow into the next process. For those confirmed that the scrapped products cannot be used, they shall be immediately scrapped to avoid mixing with qualified products.
