2. Cardboard: The quality of corrugated cardboard paper is also a major factor affecting the printing effect. The permeability of the tissue paper, the ink absorption rate, the thickness and smoothness of the tissue paper. The four properties of facial paper will cause leakage, dents, and other bad printing.
3. Machinery: the rubber roller of the printing machine is aging, the elasticity disappears, and the anilox roller is worn out, etc., which will cause the ink to not flow well to the plate material, which will make the printed handwriting unclear. Phenomenon such as white fringing.
4. Ink: The quality of the ink also directly affects the printing effect. The four quality standards of ink stability, permeability, fluidity and viscosity are critical. For example: ink viscosity, good viscosity. The ink is easy to adsorb to the cardboard surface, the printing is in place, and the effect is good. If the viscosity is not good, ink shortage is prone to occur.
5. Operator: The machine needs people to operate, and the proficiency of the printing operator directly affects the quality of the printing. After the experienced printers install the printing plates, they will print out a model, compare them, and adjust where they are not in place. The printing effect can be adjusted to the best soon. It takes a long time for novices. It may not be printed well.
